the M6):
From
junction 36 of the M6 follow the A591 to Windermere.
Once
you arrive in Windermere you will see Windermere Hotel on your right
and the NatWest bank on the left. You continue along this road (Ambleside Road
A591 heading to Ambleside), past St Mary's Church again on your left
and you will find us situated on the left hand side approx 100 yards
before Cook’s Corner mini roundabout.

By Rail/Coach/Bus The
nearest mainline railway station is Oxenholme at Kendal. Windermere has
its own station, it is linked to Oxenholme by an hourly train
service. It is only a 15 minute walk from Windermere rail/bus
station or you can catch any bus heading for Ambleside as the bus stops
outside the guest house. |
