Tariff based on Bed & Breakfast, per person, per night. Our tariffs are based on season and duration stay. Minimum stay of 2 nights and 3 nights during public holidays.

Terms & Conditions

Booking terms and conditions
All reservations must be confirmed with a deposit equal to the first nights stay which is non refundable. We accept the following forms of payment: cash, debit cards, credit cards except American Express.

Cancellation
If you cancel a booking less than 5 days before arrival, fail to arrive or leave before original departure date we reserve the right to claim the total booking cost. We recommend you consider holiday cancellation insurance cover in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Arrival & Departure
Bedrooms are usually available for occupation from 16:00hrs on the day of arrival and we ask that they are vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure. Latest arrival time for check in is 20:00hrs.

Non-Smoking
We are strictly a non smoking establishment and do not provide any outside facilities for smokers.

Pets
We do not accept pets.

Children
We have no family rooms so we are unable to accommodate children and babies.
