Tariff based on Bed & Breakfast, per person, per night. Our tariffs are based on season and duration stay. Minimum stay of 2 nights and 3 nights during public holidays.

Private, off-road parking is available for our guests.

Terms & Conditions

Booking terms and conditions
All reservations must be confirmed with a deposit equal to the first nights stay which is non refundable. We accept the following forms of payment: cash, debit cards, credit cards except American Express.

Cancellation
For cancellations made up to 14 days before your booking you will be liable for the cost of the first night. For cancellations made after this time or for non arrival regretfully you will be liable for the full amount. For this reason you may wish to take out cancellation insurance to cover any losses. As we are unable to judge reasons for change, cancellation or non-arrival, guests are reminded that no exceptions to the above conditions will be made. Please note bookings are not transferable.

Arrival & Departure
Bedrooms are usually available for occupation from 16:00hrs on the day of arrival and we ask that they are vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure. Latest arrival time for check in is 20:00hrs.

Non-Smoking
We are strictly a non smoking establishment and do not provide any outside facilities for smokers.

Pets
We do not accept pets.

Children
We have no family rooms and are unable to accommodate children under the age of 16.
